Electrical Engineer - Permanent

Location: Oxford Street, LondonSalary: £35,000 - £60,000

Your experience: Infrastructure - Heavy Industrial, manufacturing sites, data centres

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an M&E consultancy who has been awarded the installation of a new Data Centre.

Your duties will vary depending on the programme of works but could include:

  • Ensuring quality is maintained and approving of electrical design deliverables,
  • Making independent decisions on Electrical Engineering issues and bring it to the attention of the Technical and Operations team.
  • Putting Health, Safety, and Environment protection at the heart of the work being undertaken from the Design through to Delivery stage .
  • To direct and coordinate all project electrical engineering issues related to equipment specification, procurement, and installation design such as: Procurement strategy, Preparation of specifications, and Selection of suppliers.
  • To discuss the project deliverables with Engineering Project Managers and to ensure their timely and cost-effective execution.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree - Electrical ideally or Time served Apprentice with experience in the Energy from Waste or Power Station sectors.
  • Electrical Design experience that could include Cable Calculation, Earthing and Containment
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence
